Course Content

A rich mix of topics designed to accelerate leadership capability in a workplace culture, including:

  • Leadership to influence a cultural ‘shift’
  • Understanding the impact of leadership in an organisational culture
  • Communicating to engage, empower and inspire others
  • The psychology of personal empowerment when leading others
  • Integrity and the art of ‘natural influence’ – persuading outcomes
  • Understanding motivation and the tactics for momentum
  • Personal power and grounded assertiveness; keys to clarity
  • Emotional awareness, management, maturity and development
  • Conflict proficiency and resolution capability skills
  • Encouraging and enabling the empowerment of others

Leadership capability is uniquely meaningful to each individual; attendees will interpret and utilise the skills, data and concepts that make up this program in their own distinctive ways.  As they progress through the course, they will ‘stack’ and integrate the new information and add innovative dimensions to old skillsets and broaden their approach to everything they do.

Details of the course

This program is conducted in a series of short, high-impact training sessions, spanning several months; it is part one, of a two-part leadership development program.  It is designed to allow time for integration and understanding to develop in all particiapnts.  Allowing participants the time to learn and then practice the skills and behaviours, in their workplace and home environments with the opportunity to ask questions, get feedback and make adjustments, is a critical factor in the success of the program.

The program can be conducted onsite in your business with your leadership team and be tailored to their specific needs; these are determined in a pre-program diagnostic process, to ensure the program is fully aligned with their roles, responsibilities, their business culture, current capabilities and other key factors that determine content, time spent on each stage of the program and the team’s current workload.
