Loving yourself is the foundation for experiencing all love in your life. In fact, the extent to which you are able to love yourself will determine the extent to which you will allow others to love you.
As soon as you are able to love yourself fully, you move to a place inside yourself where you have let go of self-judgement and the ongoing self-criticism which makes you feel uncomfortable within as well as when you are around other people. It is a process of opening to self-acceptance, self-respect and unconditional self-regard. When we are unable to empower ourselves in this way, we give up on ourselves and act in unresourceful ways to please others, get approval and be liked. We also stay in unhealthy relationships, push people away who would support and love us, and we often do not practice the levels of self-care necessary for our own wellbeing.

You will learn about assertiveness, respect and the ability to teach others how to treat you.
